MEET AMY

I’m no stranger to fear, failure, and life’s messy contrasts. I’ve faced loss, adversity, and personal challenges- from becoming a single mom at 18, to navigating two divorces by 30, to overcoming severe depression, ADHD, codependency, and toxic relationships. At my lowest point, I realized I couldn’t wait for anyone to rescue me- I had to be my own damn hero. Once I discovered the tools to elevate my reality, I knew I had to share this with my clients.

For over 25 years, I’ve worked across the beauty, fashion, and photography industries, guiding people through transformation and helping them step into their next level selves. As a licensed esthetician + instructor, PMU artist, professional photographer, and certified coach, I’ve helped clients, creatives, and wellness professionals unlock confidence, master their craft, and embrace their personal glow-up.

My life and work are centered around reinvention, self-discovery, creativity, and authentic identity. I help women and creatives navigate challenges like divorce, heartbreak, aging, beauty standards, menopause, mental health, and impostor syndrome, through self-love rituals, mindset practices, and creative expression.

I’ve taught workshops, led mentorship programs, spoken at events, and created courses that empower others to level up in their journey. Through Mavenita, I guide women and creatives to embrace self-discovery as a superpower, step boldly into their higher selves, and design lives that are aligned, confident, and joyful. Mavenita is all about self-mastery through a holistic approach blending mindfulness practices, self-care rituals, and creative expression as a path toward healing and reinvention.
